I’ve had the hardest time getting my kids to eat quinoa. Since our daughter is allergic to most grains, we don’t have many options. You can only have so much rice, right?
So I decided to try this recipe and it was a hit! I used homemade chicken broth that I had in the freezer, an Italian blend seasoning I found in the cupboard, and I added chopped chicken to ours. Our five year old asked for seconds and Our 17 month old ate all of hers.
