Last night my son and I made snow ice cream for Valentine’s Day! He had so much fun bringing snow the house😂 One of the mothers on a food allergy Facebook page posted the recipe below yesterday!!
We changed up the recipe a bit. We used Almond Milk, and instead of vanilla I put half a tsp of pure maple syrup. We added red food coloring to make it Valentine’s Day Snow Ice Cream!!
Mix milk, vanilla (or maple syrup) and sugar in a bowl and set it in the snow for about a half hour. You want the milk as cold as possible.
Mix in snow and any food coloring etc!! (It will melt fast so I put ours in the freezer for about 10 mins to make it a bit harder!
