Do You Eat?

Over the past few months I have been asked if I’m eating, and how I’m losing weight so fast. Of course I eat, and I’m not doing this for a weight loss program. However the one benefit to eating all natural is weight loss and more energy.

I’ve cut out Wheat, Soy, Dairy, Eggs, Corn and Oats. We eat a lot of rice, meat, fruits, vegetables, and allergy friendly chocolate! I add olive oil to our foods for fat, and avocado to many of our meals.

Here is what I ate yesterday!

Breakfast: Banana, two slices of homemade rice bread with all natural jam, and a cup of rice with warm almond milk, cinnamon and blueberries.

Snack : Enjoy life Plentils Chips and an Apple

Lunch: Homemade soup ( bone brooth, carrots, peas, chicken, and spices) a slice of turkey and sliced red peppers

Snack: A rice cake and strawberry smoothie (frozen strawberries, almond milk, half avocado and some brown sugar)

Dinner: Chicken with no skin ( from a chicken bbq)  potatoes with olive oil and spices, carrot sticks

Bedtime Snack: Two rice cakes with melted peanut butter and enjoy life chocolate.

The truth is I’ve never felt better. I used to live on caffine, have headaches all of the time, and still have no energy. Now I drink half strength coffee then switch to decaf, I dont have headaches, and I have energy.

Don’t get my wrong, I would love to eat normal but I’ve discovered that corn syrup, high carb foods, artificial flavoring, and processed foods do a number to your body.
